2012 Ag Scholarship Day will be held on Thursday March 22, 2012

Mission: To enhance the Logan County economy by strengthening Ag and business relationships, exploring opportunities, developing and marketing agri-tourism attractions, and encouraging natural resources management.
The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce Annual Ag Day Breakfast will be held on March 22, 2012. This is is a free event for the community. The Ag Day Breakfast is an annual event celebrating its 13th Anniversary in 2012. The speaker for the 2012 Ag Scholarship Breakfast will be Chad Yagow, one of the scholarship recipients of the first ever Ag Scholarship Breakfast in 2000. The past 12 years, the Ag Scholarship Breakfast has awarded $68,000 in scholarships to high school seniors and college students pursing an education in the agricultural related fields. "The Chamber's Ag Committee feels that the key to the future of agriculture in Logan County is to invest in these students" Ag Committee Chairman (2010), Michael Turner.
